Paulo Castro Seixas is an Anthropologist (BA & PhD) and a Sociologist (MA & Habilitation). He is an Associate professor at ISCSP – University of Lisbon and researchers at CAPP (Centre of Administration and Public Policy). His main area of expertise is Urban, Territorial and Environmental Studies and Policies in a global context. He has published 18 books as author or editor and more than 100 articles/chapters of books. He has been consultant researcher for organizations (SPA – Portuguese Society of authors); Municipalities (Cascais, Santa cruz – Madeira) and NGOs (doctors of the World-Portugal).
